not brave enough..

...to go into a shop and ask where you can get felt? [sorry, terrible joke, but couldn't resist!]

Well, it's great fun making your own!  I'm teaching a needle-felting class at Paddy's Stamping Place next week.  I LoVe needlefelting, it's like collage but with bits of wool roving, ribbons, wool, beads...

And for this piece, I cracked open my mold and made a daisy or two :)

Hmmm, maybe I should sit outside in the sunshine and get some of these made up as pressies!  Got a lot of birthdays coming up.

There are still spaces on the workshop if you can join me [dates in sidebar].  Phone Paddy on 0161 798 5115 to book.

  1. Yes please my birthday is in January LOL. Fab love it, what fantastic texture and would look great with a maxi dress. In fact I'm going a wedding next June so one with greens would be ideal to go with my dress LOL. Have a lovely day, Tracy Evans x x

  7. Because I watch SO many British comedies, it didn't take long for me to catch on...what surprised me was my quiet, demure friend considered it!??! haha ; )

Love this project...one that I have yet to try, but since we do everything at the same time, I'm sure it won't be far off! xx

I need(le) to get over my aversion to the feel of felt, (OK I'll stop now) so think making something so pretty will do the trick, and I know several possible recipients!!
