What I really want to do is shout AAAARRRRGGGHHH! The Play Date Cafe starts tomorrow [don't forget, if you add the above image to your blog sidebar and leave a comment on Julie's blog you're in with the chance of some one of a kind blog candy] and my picture editing software has died! It wouldn't crop earlier so I duly switched my laptop off and back on again [the answer to everything in IT], and now it won't even open the photos!!!
Don't worry, I'll find another way to do it ready for tomorrow. But to keep me calmer, and to add a bit of pictorial interest to my post, here's the lovely Vernon Kay!
ps a colleague of mine was on a course last week, in the same building as Vernon!!! He was doing a journalism course.
pps aaarrrgh, now virgin tv isn't working
Ok...I see what all the fuss is about! Yes, I do!
ReplyDeleteSorry about all your techy difficulties...it'll be fine!
Get some rest for the big reveal!
Play Date Cafe Challenge is almost here! YAY!
Hi Sarah! I hope you fix that misbehaving computer of yours quickly! I don't know who he is, but he's awful cute! Can't wait to see what you make for the Play Date Cafe! Hugs, Paulette =D
ReplyDeleteComputers are fab until they won't behave! My hubby works in I.T. and he has a name for turning something off and then on again. Apparantly it's called an engineering re-start! Ha ha ha. You'll have to remember that one - it sounds good! :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Sarah - if all else fails there's also percussive maintenance but of course that can end up being expensive - it doesn't cure the PC but it makes the user feel a whole lot better!
ReplyDeleteHope it sorts itself out before it comes to that!

Phew, got it sorted, Kate suggested downloading some free photo editing software (thanks Kate)...and it worked :)
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm going to start using that term 'engineering restart' at school ;) I'm IT co-ordinator!!
