I love CAS cards but rarely make them these days as it involves having clean hands and I end up forgetting and getting smudgy inky marks on the card!  But that's what little birds are for right?!!

I suddenly remembered the other day that I'd not made a congratulations card for a friend who had a beautiful baby girl so I got out what I'd call 'bunting' and my sewing machine and set to work.

I stamped 'baby girl' using a variety of stamps before free machining 'hello' above it.

Stampotique Stamps Used:

  1. That's lovely Sarah! I love the embroidery. And you can't beat a bit of bunting to celebrate happy times :)

  2. This really is a lovely girly welcome! Love that bunting! Chrisx

  3. What a resourceful use of all those stamps, Sarah! Love your card--and, yes, even the (oops!) bird on the bunting! ;-) I know your friend will love it, too!

  4. This is beautiful Sarah! Love your choice of colours

  5. fab Sarah. you are good at combining stitching and stamping.

  6. Beautiful!! very pink and girly, perfect.

Thanks for leaving a comment; it makes my day!!
